MS Teams meetings

You can create MS Teams meetings in the CRM.

In appointments, above the note field, there is the Create a meeting in MS Teams function (in master-, follow-up activities- and follow-up forms). It creates a participation link that can be entered in the notes field as well as in the Join URL field (Additional data tab). An existing note in the TXT format is automatically converted to HTML. Using the participation link in the appointment, you can participate in the Teams meeting via the Teams app or the browser.

The appointment is synchronized with MS Exchange as a Teams meeting. In this process, online meeting information is transferred, and the meeting is added to the calendar of the user's own MS Teams (from Exchange 2013).

Requirements and access

  • The user must have the Office profile (PSA_OFF_365).
  • In My Data..., the access data for the MS Graph login should exist. Using the MS Teams function, you can provide your email address and password. Otherwise, the system will ask for the data each time a Teams meeting is created.
