The various functions of the competitor management are, among others:
- Systematic capturing of information about competitors, classified by categories
- Illustration of case-related competitive situations
- Comparison of products and services
- Standard report for comparing competitor profiles and analyzing the competitive situation
- Central storage of source documents in the data archive, including classification
- Direct access to documents from the competitor profile
- Assessment of the data quality, storage of additional information
