Activities are usually created from within the contact forms (Companies, Persons) or from cases using the activity assistant Activity (New), and thus assigned to the record.
Functions that modify important information in the forms are available in the fields and in the function area of the different activity forms and lists. These functions can be found at several places for a better overview.
Note: There is a button Extended in the form Letter / Fax and email, as well as the subform Additional data in all activity forms for further information.
Allows you to freely change the status of the activity.
Lets you change the priority of the activity.
Opens the selection list of internal staff members for delegating the activity. With correspondences, changing the responsible agent is not the same as "delegating"!
Definition of the type of the task, the call, the email, the letter or the appointment. Information such as Incoming or Outgoing can be specified here.
In the function area of the different activity forms, comprehensive module-specific functions are available.
With this function, you can now save all attachments locally in a single step. The function is also available in activity overviews. You don't need to open any document individually and execute the function "Save as" anymore.
Allows you to define a scheduled message for yourself as a reminder or, in addition, for further internal staffs members as a message.

Among other places, the function is also offered in activity relations (sublist in contacts, quotes etc.), allowing a user, for example, to filter for correspondences, select them, load them into the form and browse the correspondences for fields that are not available in the list, e.g., by sender or recipient.
