With JustRelate CRM, internal staff members as well as technical resources, for example rooms, projectors, vehicles, demo machines, etc., can be managed centrally as resources.
By assigning resources to appointments, it becomes possible to plan appointments not only with their attendees, but also with resources.
A resource can be linked to an internal staff member (personnel resource). This makes it possible to maintain selected internal staff members also as resources, so as to group them with other resources and to assign them to a service appointment (e.g., if a demo machine requires staff members A and B as technicians).
Resource planning for ordinary appointments can be performed in the Team calendar and for service action appointments via graphic resource planning. It indicates the availability of the resources and lets you assign resources to appointments interactively using drag and drop.
Several features like, for example, Resource groups, Release mechanisms and general Conflict checking support the planner.
The overview of the defined resources and their status can be opened through the Sales/Resources/Overview menu. List filters allow you to restrict the list of resources by their status or type.
The overview list can also be used as a source for assigning resources to appointments using drag and drop.
