Activity overview

Next to the Entry Portal, a comprehensive overview of all your activities is provided here in the Activities list you can open via the Sales/Activities/Activities Overview menu item.

The My activities filter gives you an overview of all activities where the logged-in user is responsible (e.g. as an account manager, a sales agent, technical agent etc.), or where the user is a member of a team responsible, as well as activities in which the user is involved, e.g. as

  • an appointment attendee,
  • an attendee of a phone conference,
  • the sender or recipient.

Furthermore, several other filters are available to you, e.g. "My upcoming activities".

For implementing filters, a macro is available for activities, $OWNER_CON_AGN_REL, that searches on the agent relation.

An activity that is not completed beyond the Due date is displayed as escalated (red record).

Functions in the activity overview

Activity (New)

This function directly opens the form by means of which an activity can be created.

After selecting activities, further functions become available, and you can also create follow-ups.

Follow-up-activity

You can instantly create follow-up activities to the selected activity.

Change status

Lets you freely change the Status of a selected task.

Change priority

Lets you change the priority of the activity.

Change agents

Opens the selection list of internal staff members for delegating the activity. With correspondences, changing the responsible agent is not the same as "delegating"!

MS Project

Lets you export marketing actions to MS Project. All activities of the project will be transferred to the project management tool Microsoft Project.

Save Attachments

With this function, you can store all attachments locally in a single step. You don’t need to open each document and execute the "Save as" function for them individually.

Show in form

This function is provided among others in activity relationships (sublist of contacts, offers, etc.). For example, you can filter for correspondences, select them, load them into the form where the correspondences can be searched for fields that are not available in the list, e.g. sender or recipient.

Message

Lets you define a timed message for yourself as a reminder or, for other internal staff members, as a message.
