JustRelate CRM is characterized by its high flexibility and openness. You do not lose the ability to update the system when you make adaptations! Adaptations are developed in a special repository through defined interfaces and the add-on management, and then imported in the CRM. The CRM system itself can then be updated without hesitation to a new version without losing your adaptations.
JustRelate CRM takes the desire for customization and scalability into account as well as the different user levels. Most adaptations and settings typical for users can be carried out directly in the CRM. The customizer will work directly with the base system PiSA cubes at data model level for customizing and programming.
Administration
The CRM administrator
Compared to normal users, the CRM administrator (admin) has extended access authorization for objects by means of which she or he can make adjustments for the daily business processes in the company. She or he could be a specially trained system administrator or a sales director or department manager who adapts various attributes for the dialog objects (entries in selection menus etc.) or maintains the data in the CRM system and makes sure they are consistent. The administrator sets up the CRM system after the installation, creates the company structure and makes the first adjustments. To do this, the administrator accesses primarily CRM objects and a few selected PiSA cubes objects.
Attention: Due to her or his access permissions, an administrator has access to all objects in the base system PiSA cubes and can change the data model. In order not to endanger the functionality and stability of the system, administrators should use only the defined tools and use PiSA cubes only after comprehensive customizer training and with knowledge of the data model.
