For server-driven synchronization of emails and appointments in Google, it is necessary to set up a Google service account, "Google for Business" or "Google Workspace".

Interface to the Google services

In addition to the management of Google mails in the CRM, emails and appointments from other OS (e.g. on the MAC) can also be integrated with JustRelate CRM.
An email can be dropped into the CRM folder in the Google Mail client, or can be given the “PisaSales” tag by means of a function. Synchronization is performed via a job. You can also specify that a Google mailbox (e.g. “Support”) should mark all emails as “to be synchronized”, causing all emails in this mailbox to be synchronized to the CRM.
Note: Manual synchronization is not possible as Google has removed the possibility to add application-specific buttons to the Google Mail/Calendar clients. In the groupware, you can synchronize using the functions of the CRM add-in. In the CRM mailbox, you can synchronize directly at the entry in the list of the CRM correspondences using the synchronization icon.

Google Connector enhancements
The Google Connector for automatic server-driven synchronization of appointments and emails with the Google G Suite has been enhanced with the following features:
- Synchronization of the "Free" label.
- Notification of external contacts. Invitations, changes and cancellations are also sent to external appointment attendees if the Groupware flag is set on the attendee in the CRM appointment.
- To avoid "empty" appointments in the CRM after importing Google Meet appointments without description, the text block is automatically generated for a meeting, like with the Meet function.
- Enhancement with corresponding conference data to support Google Meet video conferencing for synchronization of conference data.
Note: It is not possible to retrieve emails for groups because groups are not users.
