The CRM mailbox synchronizes a folder structure maintained in the groupware. The structure is displayed in the mailbox in a section that can be shown and hidden, and can be maintained not only in the connected groupware client but also in the CRM mailbox. Users can move emails to folders in order to classify or "tag" them differently, in addition to assigning contacts or cases to them.
Folders in the mailbox

Folders in the mailbox
Supported functions
- There is a section on the left that can be shown and hidden using the flap for selecting the (cumulative) CRM system mailboxes (Inbox, Outbox and Drafts) as well as for navigating in the groupware folder structures of the included mailboxes (My mailbox, or Team mailboxes).
- The folder structures are editable via a context menu (New folder, Rename, Delete).
- E-mails from system mailboxes can be copied to folders using drag and drop. The operation is only allowed for emails that exist either only in the groupware or in the groupware and the CRM. For emails that only exist in the CRM (e.g., an imported email that has subsequently been deleted in the Groupware), the drop operation is rejected.
- E-mails in the groupware folder structure can be dragged and dropped from one folder to a different one.
Cross-mailbox operations (e.g. move, copy from personal mailbox to team mailbox) are rejected. - The list header provides information about the active mailbox and the folder path (helpful for hidden mailboxes).
- The time limitation (e.g. one month) remains when navigating in the folder structure. It may be necessary to reload if folders contain only older emails.
- Letters and faxes can be displayed only in the JustRelate CRM system mailboxes (correspondence type selection in the top menu, show letters/faxes).
Supported groupware connectors and protocols:
- EWS Connector for MS Exchange
- Google Connector
- IMAP
