In the Appointment form, you will find the Attendee/Resources tab that contains an attendee list and a resource list. JustRelate CRM manages resources in its own resource management.
By means of the Find free resource... function (button) in the Resources tab, you open a selection dialog with all resources that are available at this appointment. The selected resource can then be inserted. In this way, for example, an available room can be reserved instantly for a new appointment at a case or from the appointment finder in the team calendar.
