Masks and forms

With JustRelate CRM, masks are displayed as forms. The appearance and handling of the application is essentially determined by the mask layout and the mask functionality. The properties and design options of masks and fields are therefore quite extensive in terms of customizing.

Master forms are always opened maximized with a sublist. If exactly one data record is loaded or found, the list is hidden. If more than one record is found, the list is displayed and contains all records of the form simultaneously in the form of a table.

In the form itself, only one record is displayed at a time. You can scroll through the loaded records using the arrow icons in the bottom right-hand area of the form. The active header form and the sublist correspond with each other. The relations between this current record and other objects are displayed via additional tabs within the form.

As a web application, the CRM can be operated in full-screen mode of the web browser by pressing the F11 key. This is useful for hiding the browser's menus, commands and status bars.
