JustRelate CRM be operated with keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys) in a similar way to applications under Windows. The hotkeys have the same effect in the CRM and Windows. In addition, there are special hotkeys that activate different objects and special commands and functions in the CRM.
In lists, the key combinations with [Pos1], [End], [PgUp], [PgDn] are also supported.
The availability of keyboard shortcuts is limited in the web client, as this is a web application. For this reason, you will find keyboard shortcuts for the respective client as a separate list here.
New versions of the web client also recognize keyboard commands on a Mac. The [Command] key is recognized, so <Command><D> can be used to delete a record, for example. The key combination <Ctrl><D> known from Windows triggers the same command on a Mac, so both can be used on a Mac. Also, the key combination <Shift><Ctrl><L> for displaying the object link is supported on Macs.
