Involving contacts in a marketing action

A contact can be assigned to existing marketing actions using the Select market­ing actions command in the Marketing tab. An action, for example, can be associated with several target contacts.

  1. Open a contact and switch to the Marketing tab.
  2. Select Select marketing actions. See also: Selection dialogs for relations
  3. Click OK, or save the record.
  4. Switch to the case and maintain the Role in the project field in the contact assignment.

If you want to determine the relations the contact is involved in the marketing action, you can check the assign­ment directly in the marketing action.
