With JustRelate CRM, you can create organizational structures for external companies as needed. If you have already registered a company as a contact, you can create further organizational units (for example, departments) for this company, or create relations between existing company records.
This way, a corporate structure can be created as an affiliated group with its subsidiaries.
Representation of corporate structures in the contact management
Corporate structures can consist of up to nine levels, of which the last one is reserved for the relation between the company and contacts. This relation is represented in the person form under Contact relation. When a person has relations with several companies, only the main organization unit is taken into consideration, e.g. for analyses.
Company structures can be reorganized. Structures that are not up-to-date are broken up. If subordinate companies lose the relation with their superordinate organizational unit (the superordinated company was deleted), these companies are always shifted to the top level. They lose all higher levels, but not their own subordinate structures.
The assignment of organizational units (companies or departments) to persons makes it possible to easily represent the company structure.
