Appointments

Opens the team calendar for coordinating appointments and attendees. See Creating and managing appointments.

Opens the resource planning tool for appointments subject to release. 

Exports the selected appointment to the groupware. You can specify a target folder, contact, task, or calendar folder. All internal attendees are informed about this appointment when it is exported to the groupware (e.g., MS Outlook). For­matting in the comment field supported in the CRM doesn’t appear directly in the groupware but in an additional task docu­ment (RTF) instead.

This function allows you to create follow-up activities to the current activity. It opens the activity assistant for filling out an input form with adopted attributes of the source activity, and lets you modify the details. All information is saved to the follow-up activity.

Shows the location in Google Maps.

Transfers the appointment to the radius search for processing.

Calculates the route with distance and time for several selected events in the sublist.

You can find the function also at marked appointments in the Entry Portal (context menu) and in appointment overviews. In this case, the selected activities must have an identifiable address, otherwise the route is not calculated. Appointments have a location that is automatically maintained. The order of the route points results from the start time (beginning) of the appointments. The partial path information and the total distance are output in the message bar.

Checks whether all important information concerning the visit is present, the appointment is closed, and the visit report itself is available before distributing it.

Opens an assistant to create and distribute the visit report.

Opens the visit report to read and comment it.
