Serial emails (marketing)

This function supports the import of serial emails that were created and sent with an external program (e.g. “Supermailer”) as a sample. If the text or layout of the serial mail sent (master) is available as a document, you can import this master into a JustRelate CRM serial mail.

The serial email is generated and sent through the CRM mail server.  

This function lets you send the email as a sample directly to any contact in the CRM data­base (e.g., to yourself) to check how the emails (e.g., the address) look in the email program of the addressees. You’ve probably checked the content (body) and the layout of the emails already beforehand in the preview (View tab) or by clicking on the hyperlink of the subject.

The system checks whether email addresses exist and follow the syntax and whether contacts in the recipient list have a mail lock. The check also offers the option of displaying a preview of the text to be sent.

Creates a follow-up activity to the current activity from the function bar. You can change details such as the comment etc. using an input form with attributes adopted from the original activity.

This creates a CSV recipient list to support external mailing systems or the generation of serial letters in word processing systems.

This function opens a wizard in which you can select the ad-hoc list as the target and the contact fields to be used (Sender, Responsible, For contact, To, Cc or Bcc) to create a list of all email recipients.
