Form functions - Sales

In the function bar of the sales forms (business opportunity, quotes, order), general and specific functions are available. Depending on the selected View in the scope of delivery, or which form area is active (mouse focus), further functions are available:

The record will be calculated. The business parameters of the calculation group are considered. Use this function if you notice that your records are not automatically calculated.

If there are text module templates for the neutral articles, you can globally generate all text modules for the technical specification using this function. If text modules already exist, they must be deleted first to have them generated again.

All text modules that were already generated in the scope of supply are deleted.

The functions Task, Appointment, Memo, Correspondence and Phone call create a new record. A click on the function opens the corresponding form that is used to manage the respective activity.

Creates a service call concerning this order, e.g. for a complaint.

Opens the Project calendar.

JustRelate CRM allows the transfer into another case, according to the sales situation, regardless of the given activities. All data from the source record is copied.

With this function, standard folders and documents from the process can be manually transferred to a case. The function opens another dialog for a more detailed specification.

All defined activities of the record will be transferred to the project management tool Microsoft Proj­ect.

Opens the quantity explosion list for planning the material demands.

If an article is marked or selected in the scope of delivery:

• Add a position from the Product database
• Add a position from Product line
• Add a Commodity
• Add any Text (for selected level) → For the text, a text module can be created.
• Add Subtotal inserts a row for calculating a subtotal for the selected level. The subtotal calculates all products that are at the same level. The subtotal has no subproducts (flat solution, no structure is built). Now, subtotals are also included in the calculation.

In case-specific part lists, you can reset products with the calculation status Manually to Calculated using the function Reset personal prices in quotes and orders. Production costs and calculation groups are considered with this function. To activate this function, select case-specific part list records in the tab Products/Services or click in the tree diagram Costs & Prices the button Reset personal prices ....

Tip: To reset the manual price, click the checkmark with the pen symbol.

This function avoids gaps in the numbering by refreshing the numbering when generating struc­ture levels.

The text module being displayed (View text module) is opened in Microsoft Word and can be edited. To use this function, click in the text field.
