When calculating and determining the quote price, you can take account of optional positions and decide, whether these are transferred to the asking price, or if they are to be taken into consideration only in the calculation. If you want to see the positions in their structure, change to the information in the structure level in the structure tree.
Including and excluding options
- Open a sales case and switch the Configuration subform.
- Activate positions in the list as optional by clicking on the Option field.
- Deactivate positions in the Option field, and activate the position in the Selected field to transfer them to the price of the quote.
- Deactivate the position in the Selected field to include them in the calculation, but not in the price of the quote.
- Save the record!
