Replacing a product and service class by a position

You can replace product and service classes with specific positions with specific characteristics.

1. Open a sales case and switch to the Configuration subform.
2. Check if a product class is registered in the product relation (more than one hammer).
3. Select (mark) the product class.
4. Switch to the product class using the Replace product/service button.
5. Select the variants to replace the product class.
6. Select the Replace function from the function bar.
7. The product class is replaced with the variant.
8. Recalculate the case if necessary.
