Note: The activity series cannot be created already in the modal activity dialog. At this time, no activity has been stored that could be referenced, and thus the settings for the series cannot be specified. First, save the activity from the modal dialog, then open the activity form for it.
Activity series and series type
- Click on the Series type button in the task form.
- Specify the interval at which the task should be repeated (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).
- Correspondigly, specify the intervals and on which days the activity should recur.
- Select the start and end date of the Series duration.
- Specify after how many activities the series should end.
- To repeat the next (new) activity of the series based on the time of the execution of the preceding ones, select Create new activity when the preceding activities have been closed.
- If all activities of the series should be immediately created by the system independently of the status of the preceding ones, select Create all activities of the series now.
