Deleting or repeating an import

In the History list, an ad hoc-list can be marked and be deleted. This causes an import procedure to be rolled back completely.

Deleting an import

  1. Change to the History tab.
  2. Mark an import or the ad hoc-list.
  3. Choose the Delete import select function (function on the sub dialog).

Note: All records contained in the ad hoc-list are deleted from the contact database.

Repeating an import

  1. Mark the desired records and remove the import flag in the import table (function on the Reset import flag subdialog). For individual records, the import flag can be directly deactivated manually.
  2. Import once again. Already imported records with an active import flag are skipped when importing again.
