Note: If the address of a contact has no country identifier (typically the user’s country), the country prefix of the EMPTY country is automatically set when entering the phone number. Register your national phone prefix here, to be able to use it as an automatic entry in the case mentioned above. Countries with a 0 in the city code in addition to the 0 in the country prefix, can be marked by the "0 in the city code" flag to not lose the 0 in the city code. To each country, a fixed address scheme can be assigned.
Display of the calendar week depending on the locale of the web browser
The new Java version 11 displays the calendar week of date fields depending on the country and not on the language. This leads to errors in the display of the calendar week, which did not occur with Java V8. Now, the CRM provides a possibility to specify particular browser locales in the CRM Web client. This is a combination of user settings and administrative preferences that gives good control over the locale to use for a particular JustRelate CRM Web Client session.
