The CSV export feature allows you to transfer data to a CSV file, i.e., a file with comma-separated values. This way, a universal tool is available for easily and quickly generating export files by means of which data can be exchanged between external applications and the CRM.
The CSV export creates files that have exactly the same structure as compatible CVS import files you can import back into the CRM. The CSV export can also be used, for example, to exchange data through SAP coupling, or to create simple reports via Microsoft Excel.
