Switch off the ESC_ACT job through customizing.
Do not automatically monitor delegated activities
Set the PSA_ACT_SET_MOD_ALR environment variable to n. This prevents the monitor flag from being set when delegating a task, an appointment, or a call.
Note: If the flag is set, the delegating person and the employee to whom the delegation was made are informed about escalation and deletion. If required, the delegating person can still set the flag manually
No longer automatically notify the delegator when accepting or rejecting a delegation
Standard entry of PSA_ACT.ADV_ACC and PSA_ACT.ADV_REJ is overloaded. The notification can thus be deactivated initially when accepting or rejecting.
