CSV import

Overview

With JustRelate CRM, you have the possibility to transfer data via comma-separated lists into the system (foreign data import) using the CSV import command. You require a CSV file that follows the conven­tions for the CSV import of general data in the CRM. The CSV files are usually a component of an XML archive (ZIP) from the foreign system.

Note: JustRelate provides you with import files with a special CSV format as a suggestion. You can use them to import data volumes of up to 15000 records comfortably into the CRM. You can use these files as a guideline when editing the import data. This format is adapted to Microsoft Excel’s CSV export format, so that post-processing tasks such as reformatting can be easily performed, and system logic can be easily mapped.
