Although sipgate does not use a standard interface, it is very common and can be used for cloud telephony. The JustRelate CRM CTI interface supports sipgate in the CRM version 8.0 and later.
CTI support for sipgate
A personal access token must be created in sipgate for each user. According to current knowledge, the users who want to use CTI must do this themselves.
- Open the user settings on https://app.sipgate.com.
- Click the Manage button under Personal-Access-Token.
- Click Add Token.
- Assign a name and select "devices", "sessions" and "users" as scopes.
- Copy the generated token and token ID.
This token and the token ID must be made known to the CRM so that sipgate can identify the number.
- Open My Calls or My Data.
- Open the CTI configuration.
- Select sipgate and click on sipgate configuration.
- Paste the token ID and the token.
- User ID and device ID should be filled in automatically.
An administrator is then required to set up a webhook once for all users for incoming and outgoing calls. With JustRelate CRM, these webhooks arrive in our REST service named sipgate via the post method.
