In activity forms, you can also find the Call function in the function bar.
- Tasks: Calls the contact in the For contact field.
- Phone call: Calls the Talk with... contact.
The Call function of activities and in the Entry Portal as well as the Call back function from the My calls list in the back office area cause the form Phone call to be automatically presented.
