JustRelate CRM can save your own documents and templates in the database, no matter whether they are templates (*.dot, *.pot) or normal documents (*.doc. *.ppt etc.), because all documents are treated like files. Only the templates delivered with JustRelate CRM can be used, however, for the automatic generation of correspondences.
Correspondences, standard letters, automatic quotations and reports are normally realized with PisaSales templates. The provided templates enable you to create correspondences and reports in a standard layout. You can use these templates as a basis for your own templates and modify them to a certain degree.
