JustRelate CRM takes account of document types. When creating a document, it is advisable that you specify its type by selecting it from the ones that are offered. This way, you can easily search or filter for a specific document type later in the form.
Document type
Admin: You or your administrator or customizer can adapt the document types according to your requireÂments. Among other things, you can preset the type of manually created documents via the PSA_DFV_DOC_DLG_STY_IDN environment variable.
