When a selection dialog is opened, it may already be preassigned with data records that are automatically provided from the database.
Particularly in marketing, long loading times can occur when preassigning the contact selection for activities. The preassignment usually comes from a marketing activity assigned to the activity. If external contacts in the four-digit range are assigned, the search for the preassignment of the selection mask may take longer.
The maximum number of records in the selection preassignment can be limited via a threshold. If this threshold is exceeded, a prompt appears asking whether the remaining contacts should also be loaded. If you click “No”, the loading process is accelerated.
