For external companies created as contacts, you can also create the contact persons (employees) known to you. You can also create further relationships between external persons (employees) and this company. In doing so, you establish relationships with existing data records or create new ones.

Note: Please note that existing contact data is not always updated automatically. If the address, telephone or fax numbers, and URL are empty, they will be filled in with the company data. If such a field is filled in, it will not be changed.
- Select the Sales/Contacts/Companies menu.
- Search for the company concerned.
- In the form of the external company, switch to the Staff tab.
- Select the Select staff member function on the tab to assign existing contacts. If the button is inactive, please check if the View is Corporate group and change to the Company view.
- Repeat this procedure for further staff members at the same level.

Assigning a nonexistent contact
You can create contact persons for a company quickly using Contact (new)/Staff from the function bar.

For new contacts, you must obtain their consent to storing and processing their personal data. In addition, they must have consented to receiving information in the form of emails (newsletters, etc.).
