Reports in Office format that are no longer opened in the report preview but directly in the word processor (Word) are either checked directly in to the database or can be stored locally.
A report opened in Microsoft Word can be saved locally using the Word function "Save as". After confirming a query, the control flags of the report are removed and the document is saved locally.
