Form functions

The following functions are available in the function bar:

Activity (new)

This function allows you to create an activity from within the function bar. A click on the function directly opens the corresponding form by means of which the activity can be entered.

Calendar
MS Project

Transfers marketing actions to MS project. All standard activities of the marketing action will be transferred to the project management tool Microsoft Project.

Message

You can define a timed message for yourself as a reminder, or, for further internal staff members, as a message.

Show multiple assignments

Shows entries associated twice.

Delete duplicates

Deletes the duplicates found by a duplicate check for contacts. The function also checks the response data (mail locks, status, ...) maintained at the duplicates and indicates contradictions, so that they can be removed manually.

Follow up

A follow-up activity for a selected contact can be created and assigned to an account manager (in particular for offensives like mailing operations).

Add to new serial email

Creates a serial email and adds all selected contacts as recipients.

Add to new letter

Creates an outgoing serial letter and adds all selected contacts as recipients.

Explode group (only in contact assignments)

Explodes a selected company into personal contacts of this company. The entry for the company itself disappears from the relation to the case.

Show in form

Opens the marked contacts in the master form.

Show company in form

Opens the main company for the selected person or the company in the master form.

Calculate actual values

This function is only available in the list if the Attendee status tab is active. Here, an actual value calculation of the attendee status can be carried out on a regular basis. You can see the result in the Actual value or Actual value in % fields of the list. Actual value in % is only calculated if a Debit value is set.

Add standard status

Adds all statuses created for the subtype. If the list already contains participant statuses, the function only takes over the delta.

Based on a template, an email is automatically generated that the contact receives when initially contacted. The email contains a link to a web form in which the contact can agree to "consent to data acquisition and data usage" or reject (not agree to) it.

Checks the admissibility of using contacts or addresses (unwanted advertising). The check function on various contact lists (appointment participants, marketing processes, distribution lists, serial emails, etc.) checks for active (consented) purposes and warns you not to send unwanted advertising.
