- Open an empty property form.
- Specify a keyword. The number and date of entry will initially be assigned automatically.
- Not to forget it, now specify the main address of the property’s location in the Addresses tab. Even if detailed address data is missing (no ZIP, etc.), you can still save the incomplete address.
- If extensive properties have already been specified in the system, a duplicate check is worth doing. For this, click Duplicate check in the function bar and adjust the weighting sliders according to the information available about the new property.
- In the head of the form, specify further relevant data and contacts (building owner, developers etc.) that should be present in the database. These contacts including the roles they play in the project can automatically be seen in the contact list.
- If required, specify further contacts in the Contacts list.
- Switch to the Master data tab to maintain further important attributes of the property.
Tips for capturing a property
Capturing crafts
You can capture crafts easily, too (Sales/Properties/Crafts menu), and assign them to the properties (Crafts tab at the property).
You can also structure crafts and assign contacts and contact persons to them.
