Settings via environment variables can also be made in the PiSA cubes Resources/Environ­ment list.

Attention

Attention: PiSA cubes allows accessing and changing the data model. Hence, administrators should use PiSA cubes only with knowledge of the data model and after a comprehensive customizer training.

For changing settings via environment variables, click in the PiSA cubes iconbar navigation on Resources, and in the resources form on the Environment tab. To display only the environment variables for JustRelate CRM, always search for PSA_% in the Name field. Selected features are also managed as PSC_%.

With administrator permissions, all variables can be found in the environment variables list in PiSA cubes. Here, you can open the resources form of PiSA cubes and the Environment list, and enter the value in the Data field of the variable concerned. All changes made here are applied globally to the system as a whole and to all objects accessing these variables.
