When upgrading JustRelate CRM, all internal staff members are automatically created as staff member resources. For this, there is the upgrade function PSA_PRS_INT.CRE_RSC (position 7070) in the SQL administration. It generates resource records in PSA_RSC for all internal persons. Through the variable PSA_RSC_UPG, one can control whether inactive internal persons and internal persons without a login should be excluded or not.
Choose this possibility if you want to see all staff members of your company as resources in the planing board, and plan with them.
