For Internal staff members and service objects, the Create resource function is available. It automatically checks whether a staff member or, respectively, service object resource already exists. If this is not the case, the resources form is automatically opened and the name, number, type, status and person responsible are automatically filled in. The resource name can be altered afterwards. For an internal staff member as well as a service object, a read-only checkbox indicates whether there’s a resource for the object already.

Admin: Use this possibility if you want to see and plan only with selected staff members, e.g., technicians as staff member resources in the planning board. In this case, the automatic upgrade function must be deactivated.
