Note: Source information can be stored in the CRM document database in the form of documents (text documents, images, scans, web pages, e.g., in the web archive format *.mht).

More precise classification of source documents
You can classify the source documents (Classification field) as:
- Competitor information
The source documents can be specified more precisely through the document Type, e.g.:
- Internet
- Professional journal
- Internal employee info
- Competitor's employee info
- Trade fair
You can provide a more precise description of the source with a Comment (e.g., URL, title of the professional journal, issue, year, etc.).
Assigning source documents to competitors
If information from a source document is interesting for a competitor profile, you can include the document in the Documents tab of the competitor. Here, the Category for which the document is relevant can also be manually selected. The name of the category is identical to the name of the tabs in the Profile data subform.

The usage of documents associated with a competitor can be found in the document management under Contacts in the Usage tab.
