Reports

In connection with the profile attributes, the competitor database also allows you to analyze the information through the CRM Report Center. By default, the following reports are available there:

  • Sales development
  • ROS development
  • Strengths / weaknesses profile
  • Profit development
  • Won / lost projects
  • Top N competitors
Strengths / Weaknesses profile

Graphic presentation of the "critical success factors" parameters for one or more competitors. The data is presented in the form of a polarity profile.

Note: If you intend to make comparisons with your own parameters, simply create a "competitor" profile for your company and maintain the parameters in the profile data.

Sales, profit and ROS development

Comparative representation of the profit, sales and ROS development over the course of 10 years for one or more competitors. If no region or business segment is selected, the parameters are determined by accumulating all regions or, respectively, business segments.

Competitor data sheet

You can create a multiple-page data sheet at the competitor form, which contains all profile data of the competitor as a chart, and is provided as a PDF file.

Note: The data sheet intentionally omits the sales cases in the Competitive situation tab. For presenting the competitive situations, dynamic reports are provided.

Dynamic reports, graphic analyses

Graphic analyses of the competitor profile are constantly updated automatically in the Reportings subform. This is ensured by the automatic Competitor-analyses job (run at night) that creates the following reports for every competitor:

  • Data sheet
  • Profit development
  • Won / lost projects
  • ROS development
  • Strengths / weaknesses profile
  • Sales trend

These dynamic reports can be found in the Reportings subform in the competitor management. Select a report and press Preview to display the report as a PDF preview.
