Customizable salutation in the letterhead and in the viewing window

Only with Java customizing (class programming) it is possible to provide a language or country-specific pattern for the line containing the salutation. This allows you to define rules for creating a country-specific form of address and envelope window.

• With English as the correspondence language, the Mr. or Ms. form of address is omitted in case of a doctor or pro­fessor title (form of address is different from the envelope window).
• A person has no gender-specific form of address (is unknown, e.g.).
• Form of address in Scandinavia: Hej + first name (differs from the envelope window).

For this, there are the new classes that are generated via the object factory PSA_OBJ_FAC:

• PsaCmpAdrGen : Creation of CMP_ADR
• PsaCpdFoaGen : Creation of CPD_FOA
• PsaCpdAdrGen : Creation of CPD_ADR
• PsaCpdAdrCpy : Copy of CPD_FOA and CPD_ADR on the correspondence
