JustRelate CRM offers so called default placeholders that are allocated to users in cases and contacts and used for role access. These placeholders can be managed in the Group assignment. The view of the case or the contact can be organized in the Contact relation tab in the respective form, e.g., via groups / roles. This gives specific users a view onto these objects and related activities or documents. The respective records from different statuses of the processes can be accessed in the process definition.
