JustRelate CRM uses professional map services to compute and display coordinates. These coordinates are retrieved using online services that can be accessed via interfaces.
JustRelate CRM is pre-configured for the use of online services such as MapQuest, Here, and Google Maps. To query these interfaces, an access key for geo-integration is required. Such a key can be obtained by subscribing to the desired service. Some providers also offer free subscriptions that may allow for a limited number of queries. For further details, please refer to the terms of service of the respective provider.Geo-integration makes it possible to display the locations of several selected contacts, objects, events, service objects or appointments at the touch of a button. It also supports planning and preparing customer visits by managing routes.
Additionally, coordinates can be displayed on a map. Some functions are integrated in the CRM standard as examples:
- At the sales case overview
(for the geographical analysis of sales cases) - At the customer installation
