Notes for the administrator

The MS 365 coupling is a server-to-server interface that communicates with Microsoft 365 via the MS Graph API. The following properties must be set in the server property with the GraphAPI credentials (administrative configuration is required on the side of MS).

  • psa.ms.gra.cli.sec= <App registration client secret>
  • psa.ms.gra.ten= <App registration tenant ID>

In the document administration (list of document applications), there is a OneDrive field (flag). It identifies the file types from the CRM that are supported and can be edited or viewed in OneDrive.

User profile

The profile PSA_OFF_365 (ID 87) ensures important Office 365 functions. When creating new users, the profile needs to be assigned (manually or using user management templates).

In My Data (web client), the profile ensures the Graph configuration and the MS Teams button in appointments and appointment series.

In the CRM app, this sets the two variables PSA_OFC_APP (edit document on MS 365) and PSA_PD­F_CNV_MTH (PDF conversion without DIM). Office 365 coupling is required.

Folder and file selection dialog with a path name

In OneDrive, "root" means "My Documents". Thus, the path field in the selection dialog is never empty.
