GDPR functions of persons

Set the validity

By setting a validity date (expiration date), you ensure that legal storage and deletion periods are observed. At the same time, the system will alert you if the expiration date of an inactive contact is exceeded. This can be monitored via a watchlist, e.g., for persons with a validity date <=$TODAY and a status different from "Deleted according to GDPR".

Using a template, an email will be automatically generated, which the contact will receive when first contacted. The email contains a link to a web form in which he or she can agree to “consent to the collection and use of data” or reject this.

Delete person data

This function lets you delete or disable the data on request of the data subject. It offers three levels compared to the normal delete function:

  1. Deactivate all purposes of use, set mail lock.
  2. Additionally delete all communication data (except the email address).
  3. Additionally anonymize all person data (the email address remains encrypted in the blacklist).
  4. With level 2 and 3, the person's social media profiles are removed.
  5. With level 3, the description and the sales partner for the person are removed.

Note: Level 3 ensures that a deleted contact cannot be routinely captured again.
