JustRelate CRM Mailer

The JustRelate CRM Mailer (here also referred to as "web mailer") is browser-based email marketing software from the JustRelate Group, and is offered as a microservice.

It is an optional module that requires a license and supports exporting serial emails and their recipi­ents from the CRM. Using the integrated editor, attractive content for the mailings can be conveniently created in a WYSYWYG fashion. After sending serial emails from the web mailer, the text of the mailing and recipient-related response data can be made avail­able by importing them into the CRM.

Lead management via landing pages – reference implementation

Currently, only a reference implementation in our internally used JustRelate CRM is available to further process data entered on event websites or landing pages in the CRM, and to generate leads from the registrations. The latter are captured via the web mailer and a web service of the CRM Enterprise system. They are processed further in the lead management portal, including duplicate checking and contact post-processing. The landing page functionality and the web service used to retrieve the con­firmed data are integrated in the CRM Mailer that also handles the double opt-in process during registration.
