Neutral questions

In the administration section, a catalog of neutral questions can be maintained. These are topic-independent stereotypes that are reusable. When specifying a questionnaire, you can select neutral questions and assign them to the questionnaire. Then, in the answers tab of the administration list, analyses across all questionnaires containing the neutral question are possible.
