In the process definition, it is possible to define statuses, standard activities, standard documents, or a status bar for all process-related objects. However, not all objects the CRM standard provides use this possibility. However, it is possible at any time through customizing to provide these objects (for example, the invoice sheet) with a workflow using standard activities. The customizer then needs to provide missing sublists (such as activity tabs) for the form.
For this reason, the options for setting up a workflow for all standard processes are not restricted. Setting up the workflow for a process-related object is then a matter of customizing.
