Job for Groupware synchronization

Configure and start the following services using the CRM job management (Administration/Data exchange/Jobs).

  1. Check whether the "Groupware synchronization" job (identifier = GRW_SYN_ACT) has started. Its purpose is to sznchroniye appointments. The interval of the job can be configured. The JustRelate CRM standard is set to run the job every 15 minutes.
    The JustRelate CRM standard assigns this job to the SALESADMIN user. The job can also be run by a different administrator user. This lets you identifiy whether an appointment has been synchronized or changed by the job. (see "Appointment", "Additional data" tab, "last amended" field)
  2. Launch the "Clean-up expired private activities" job (identifier = PRV_ACT_RMV) if you want to auto­matically delete completed private appointments in the CRM. See also: Automatic import of emails.

Note: When synchronizing appointments with the “Groupware synchronization” job at the same time, it is recommended to start the email import job with a delay for performance reasons.
