You can assign resources using the Select resources button, or by drag and drop. The selection dialog loads only plannable resources. By deactivating Plannable in the selection dialog, this restriction can be removed.
It is not possible to copy anything in the resources list.
Note: Resource groups are treated like teams and dissolved when they are used.
When assigning staff member and service object resources, an additional relation between staff member and appointment or service object and appointment is automatically set up. The appointments are thus not only visible in the activity history of the resource, but also in the activity history of the service object or the staff member themselves.
Attention: When assigning staff member resources, they are automatically accepted into the attendee list of the appointment. There they obtain the role of required attendees. This ensures that also your internal staff member resources are automatically informed about the appointment by means of the Groupware Connector. The Groupware Connector only supports informing attendees that are in the appointment’s attendee list.
If you assign a leading resource to an appointment, the dependent resources within the resource group are also automatically assigned.
Attention: If you remove leading resources, the dependent resources are not automatically removed as well.
Admin: Resources at an appointment can use various statuses (denied, confirmed etc.). You can manage these available statuses in the Activity/Resource status administrator list.
Appointments that are subject to release are those that cannot be realized without a release. With JustRelate CRM, service appointments are always treated as appointments subject to release. They are usually released only after the planning personnel has assigned the required resources to them. Only then, the field service is able to see these service appointments.
For a plannable appointment (subject to release), the release level is set to Resources assigned as soon as at least one resource has been assigned. The Release level field can be found in the Additional data sub form at the appointment.
Attention: Here you can assign resources to plannable appointments (such as service appointments). For processing and releasing appointments subject to release, the service management and the planning board for resources are available.
