Trouble code search in the form or in the trouble tree

You can display trouble codes in the form or as a trouble tree. Click the Tree button (bar above the search field, pressed) to change the view. Choose the form view (bar above the search field not pressed), including the overview list if you want to determine trouble codes through a text search. Choose the tree view if you want to navigate – starting from the product – via the trouble area and type to the trouble removal.

Searching is only possible in the form view. The search for trouble code entries is supported by paging functions and search options that you also know from internet search engines. As an alterna­tive to the standard search in the CRM (via the Quick finder or filter), you can specify your query directly in the header of the trouble code form.

You can choose between simple and advanced search.

OR search over all entered words.

with any of the words, with all words, with the exact word group, without the words.

Additionally, the following search options are selectable. They control which fields are included in the search:

The search extends only to the keyword field.

Additionally, the keyword field is searched for similar words.

The Keyword, Question and Answer text fields are searched.

When changing to the tree view, all products from the neutral product data­base for which trouble codes exist are automatically loaded. By means of a quick finder search, you can limit the product quantity. Before searching, make sure that the first level is active by clicking on a product entry.
