The search for FAQ entries is supported by search functions and options which you also know from internet search engines. As an alternative to the standard search in the CRM (via Quick finder or Filter) you formulate your query directly in the header of the FAQ form.
You can choose between a simple and an advanced search:
OR search for all entered words
With any of the words, with all words, with the exact word group, without the words
Additionally, the following search options are selectable. They control which fields are included in the search:
The search is applied to the keyword field only.
The search in the keyword field is extended to similar words.
The text fields Keyword, Question and Answer are searched.
Note: The search in the header of the FAQ form always removes all current search entries in the FAQ fields. It is not possible to filter beforehand and to refine the search afterwards in the header of the FAQ form.
